   Proposal Description:
   The specific aim of our study is to study the impact of AD on the development of NPS. APOE e4 alleles is a known SNP that is associated with the onset of AD. So APOE e4 is also associated with the development of NPS, but only through neuro degeneration (ie, AD). We would like to examine the pathway of how APOE genotype is associated with the development of NPSs through the onset of AD using various statistical methods such as multivariate analysis. We plan to request additional ADGC data later.    No response to update request
